[UK] Toys R Us slashes prices in half

Toys R Us has slashed the price of most, if not all, of the DC Super Hero Girls, Star Wars Constraction, Wonder Woman and The Angry Birds Movie sets by 50%, and many others by 30% or more.
It's somewhat surprising to see even the June Super Hero Girls and Wonder Woman sets discounted so heavily so soon after release. Either they are not selling or they were over-priced to start with. Probably both!
Whatever, there are some bargains to be had and you'll find them all listed on our Toys R Us page.

Perhaps, but they will have added the discount to the other Lego sets - as usual - to make up the difference. It's one reason why I don't buy Lego in TRU.
Not going to say No to the Wonder Woman set for 15 quid. Thanks for the heads up.
I'd love to own that Wonder Woman/Ares set, but I don't think that's even showed up in Australia yet.
Morning all, Yes I found this yesterday, via Brickset even better is a TRU 4 Lego spends of over £20 and you get a £20 voucher valid for 4-5 weeks. So I have 3 x 50% off sets, a few other offers and a £20 voucher.... saved £100 RRP +£20 off the next one. Over the moon.
Amazon UK has done some price matching, making these bargains available to all EU Lego fans :)

Here in the US, my local Wal-Mart has many of the summer Star Wars and Rogue One sets on clearance already. Rathtar Escape and the U-wing are only $54, for instance.
Don't think my store is doing the sales. Oh well. I just got the GOTG Vol 2 Milano at Walmart for $30, so I can't complain about not getting any deals.
Darn, I really wish this was available for the US, as well. I'd love to get the Wonder Woman set for $15...
Thanks so much for this! Managed to get the last Wonder Woman at my local TRU (shelf price still full price but scanned through at the discount) and Ruina's Lock & Roller simply for the fantastic purple pieces and the blue hair. One happy bunny!

here in kansas lego's at toys r us are around 5.00 to 8.00 more per set and the smaller sets around 3-4 per set more than target lego stores and wal mart they jack their price up and than they wounder why they don't sell more and when you have a wal mart and target and lego atore all close to a toys r us where do you think o'll spend my money?they don't care toys r us are on there way out over priced and the stores are dirty looking and the workers seem like they just don't care maybe its because i only have one toys r us around me and its just a bad store i don't know
